They love using their district-issued chromebooks, but don’t have headphones to use. This makes it really difficult for the class to use anything that has sound. I’m sure you can imagine how distracting sound coming from a class set of laptops can be! These children are fearless when it comes to technology and, as children of the 21st century, they need to be prepared to use a variety of tools to engage their world, and headphones shouldn’t be the stumbling block! Our district provides chromebooks, but without headphones the classroom turns into a jumbled mess of sound. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus while utilizing technology, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
