Funded Aug 3, 2019Words cannot express the sentiments of my students and I hearts for the act of kindness that you bestowed upon us this school year. We can navigate through so many projects with our resources you provided for us and we are doing just that. From our interpersonal interview and gallery walks to our How Money Works for Kids Financial Literacy Project, we would not be able to have these this year if it were not for you.
My students were overwhelmed with excitement when we unwrapped the boxes together. Some smiled, some cried while we all were so happy. It was my distinct pleasure to be able to show them how to use those items as many of them had not seen such items before. They especially was glad to learn to manipulate the technology of a clicker. To see them presenting to the class and being able to transition through their slides and animations with a clicker is awesome!
Currently, we are excited again as we embark upon a new lesson in Spreadsheets. We are going to create a budget for our businesses and we have all the tools to do that with. With pencils to actual plan a formal draft and clip boards that can be written on and are erasable, we can interview each other and gain ideas for how we can uniquely proceed. Finally, we can share our budgets with each other electronically and use our clicker to present. This has been the most rewarding year!”
With gratitude,
Mr. Robinson
