Baking is an art. It requires precision, technique and creativity. To help my students learn the vital skills of baking, I would like to give students the opportunity to learn the art of cake decorating. Through the use of the cake decorating tips, students will learn how to pipe the different effects used on designer cakes. Students will us the piping practice sheets to perfect their cake decorating techniques before designing and decorating of their own. After learning the techniques of cake decorating and the art of baking, students will be able to use their skills as they pursue a career in the culinary arts or in their future lives.
