  • Digging into a School Garden Club!

    It is with great gratitude and appreciation that I submit this impact letter to you for your kindness and willingness to give, toward our garden project and all the supplies that go along with it! With the tools that were we have been able to broaden our horizons through planting, and hold discussions on how gardening together builds our school community up! The children had a blast participating in all of the outdoor and indoor activities they were able to work on. We planted inside as well as built up a beautiful garden that will last forever!”

  • A Spot for Everyone in Second!

    Thanks you all SO MUCH for your donations! The students were so excited to see our new colorful carpet. They are thrilled each day when they gather in our meeting area! They love it for learning lessons, reading, or working in a more comfortable space. They truly enjoy the time they get to spend on the rug! It makes our classroom feel a little more like home. Comfortable seating is such an incredibly important part of their learning and it's so wonderful having our new carpet. As always- thank you for seeing my passion for teaching and helping my students get what they deserve.”

There are many sayings on “Make It Now” that I believe my students would benefit from if I put them on clipboards, materials or around the room. The students could personalize using them! The students will learn how to use the Cricut machine. They will learn to measure items, fonts, and images for placement and how to spell and use uppercase letters correctly. They will also make items for friends, family, and other teachers. Students will use the Cricut as an extension of their hands-on interactive learning. It will require them to think creatively and work together! This will not only help the classroom be more child friendly but will bring ownership to the classroom!

About my class
