Project Flexible Seating is something that I have wanted to since I learned about flexible seating in college. In my classes our professors always stressed the benefits of having flexible seating in the classroom, and I stand behind it 100 percent. I am trying to create a more productive learning environment in my classroom by providing options for my students to choose from in the classroom. Studies have shown that being able to change up, or choose where they sit each day can help the students be more open to a learning environment. I only want the best for my students, and I believe that Project Flexible Seating will help them have a happier more productive classroom environment. Currently my students are using Carpet Sample Squares that are very worn to sit on at my flexible seating tables. By having these comfy chairs for them to sit in, they will be able to focus easier and not be uncomfortable as they are working.
