  • Storage Carts for Ms. C's Lab!

    I want to first thank all of the donors. Some people who I know and some I don't for your generosity. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed. These carts are helping me store a lot of items needed to make moving around the lab room easier. I also use the carts to store things around the room when not doing labs. My "wheel of fortune" is a big hit with my scholars. Every Friday, one person gets to spin the wheel in order to see the reward the class gets for the day.

  • Ms. C's Annual Biology State Test Boot Camp!

    First, I would like to thank each and every one of my supporters who have donated to this project. My students needed these items to prepare for their Ohio State OCBA. With their caddies and school supplies, they were able to have designated school supplies at their desk to use at any given time.

    With all of the contributions from each donor, I didn't have to worry about paying for the materials, and could focus primarily on preparing the scholars for the state test. When I received my state tests scores back at the end of the year, I found out that the scholars that I taught performed better than any other Biology teacher in my district and I owe that partly to each of your donations. Thank you again, I really appreciate it.”

Most of the supplies will be provided to students who can't afford the materials I have asked for. I have requested some school organizational materials and these will be used to organize graded papers and materials for group work. The donations of this project will help my students by providing materials that their parents/guardians may not be able to afford due to the current economy. My school district is a low income district and due to Covid-19, I know for sure that school supplies will be at the bottom of the totem pole of importance.

About my class
