The portable air conditioner unit will make a huge change in our classroom and for our older teacher. My kids come to school energetic and ready to learn, but when they have to sit in a classroom that about 80 plus degrees, it makes it very hard for them to focus. They are tired from the heat, complaining about headaches, and having to go to the nurse because of their triggered asthma attacks due to the heat. The air conditioner unit will help them stay healthy, focus, and stay on task so that they can learn. I will tell my students that wonderful people who loves children and loves education helped them stay cool so they can focus on their learning. I will have my students write a letter to all my donors thanking them and telling them how the air conditioner made a difference in their school day. I will definitely teach my students that giving is a wonderful thing to do and that as a receiver, we must be appreciated. Please keep us in mind and we thank you in advance for your donation. My students will be able to be engaged in the lessons and learn new materials more easy in an air conditioned room. I thank you in advance for your consideration and for your giving heart.
