I would like to extend my greatest thanks to your gracious donations! My students were thrilled to hear that we had been given the opportunity to use Flexible Seating in our classroom. They understand the privilege we have by using the flexible seating.
We use the seating daily during our writing and reading instructional time. The students have mentioned how easy it is to brainstorm writing topics while using the flexible seating! Sitting around the room has allowed their creative juices to flow!
In the future we hope to get more flexible seating to allow all students to use the flexible seating at the same time.

Have you ever spent too much time in the same spot that your mind begins to wander? How do you stimulate yourself to stay on task? As adults, we struggle to remain focused! How do we expect 8-year-olds to do so? My kiddos will benefit greatly from having motion stools, bouncy bands, a bean bag seat and other seating options around the room! In reading and writing, it is so important to get those creative juices flowing! With flexible seating, these kiddos will knock it out of the park! I can’t wait to see what they produce with the ability to move around instead of being confined to their seats.
