Students will focus on writing, analyzing, and creating throughout the year in Advanced Placement Biology. By creating an Interactive Notebook - students will have organized notes and data to help with the exam. I am planning that the students will create sketch notes during class discussions. I will also have students go through sample data to help with a deeper understanding of scientific concepts and trends. Students will also keep lab data in this notebook. Students will develop skills in claim, evidence, and reasoning throughout the year. Through this notebook I hope that my students' scientific literacy will greatly improve.
