One thing I know about learning is that visual support is key. My vision is of a mounted television monitor on wheels. This would provide me with the ability to display information for students in a way that is visually appealing. A television monitor on wheels can take the learning to the kids, and hook them into new learning each day. The 21st century classroom no longer involves a chalkboard. Displaying visual information activates prior knowledge, and provides general access to learning materials for my students. The bottom line is that I want their attention, and there is a lot of competition for it. A television monitor to display learning materials will help my students enjoy their time in class; most importantly a rolling television will help students experience success throughout various thinking and learning processes.
