• Snacks for Thought!

  Thank you so very very much for your generosity and kind hearts and ensuring that our much needed project come to life. Because of you our little ones are able to get an afternoon snack. They were so excited to see all the snacks that arrive; their little eyes lit up as they saw all the boxes of snacks arrive and cheered when I told them that all those snacks were for them to eat. It's so joyous to see the children cheer when it's time for snacks and get big smiles on their faces.

• Math Counts! Learning Through Play!

  Wow!! I can't begin to tell you how excited we were when this project was funded! These math games have transformed my mathematics math centers, as children learn math concepts through play. This truly has brought math to life for my students, allowing them to use the games to grasp math concepts.

  Your generosity and big hearts have placed smile s on our little ones faces as they excitedly work on learning to identify numerals and develop their counting skills. I'm so proud of them and their amazing progress. This was made possible because of your support.”

• Our Youngest Consumers, Learning Through Play!

  What a wonderful and magical time of year to have a project fund! My students and I are so very appreciative of your support for education, and for creative and imaginative resources for learning. My students were so excited to receive the new items for our classroom! They immediately wanted to go play in our new "bakery" center and bake cookies for themselves. The bakery is our little one's favorite center.

• Building Bright Beginnings With Essential Classroom Materials!

  You made our day! Your support means so much, not only to the school, but also to the kids you are helping.

  Our goal is to ensure that all students can access the material/tools needed to be successful in the classroom. The students are extremely excited because this reorganizing of materials in the classroom is less disruptive to their learning.

  The bins are used to reorganize the our classroom, set up centers and store read aloud books. The bins are color coded so students can get what they need base on the color of the bins. For example, all the students at the yellow table knows that all materials for math, reading, writing, and art will be in the yellow bins. This is a great way to support our students who are not yet reading but can identify the colors.

• 21st Century Learners! Learning Through Art!

  I am so grateful to all the donors that funded this project. The children could not wait to see and use the materials. What an amazing impact this project has had on our little ones .

  The Art center is well stocked and organized for the children to easily access the items on their own. Each day children are painting with finger paints, gluing buttons, and paper mosaics as well as sequins on paper to create wonderful master pieces. The children are very proud of their work. These works of art are displayed throughout the classroom and in our hallway for all to see.

  Not only has the project had an impact on the Art center in the classroom it has also added new life to the Play Dough center as well. The students are using the trays in the Play Dough center. The trays provide each student with a defined work place and help to keep the play dough contained and off the floor. Having defined work places in this center has prevented many conflicts in the classroom and clean up is so much easier. These supplies have made the Art and Play Dough centers very popular in our class. Thank you so much for making a difference in the education of my students for years to come.”

• Little Einsteins! Bringing Science to Life!

  Thank you SO much for your generous contributions to our little ones. Using these science materials will be one of the things they will look back on when they think of what they loved about Pre-K. Our little ones LOVE the materials!! I could barely get the plastic off of the boxes before they were reaching for the materials. I am so excited to have science materials that can be easily sanitized to help keep us safe during learning with COVID.

  One of the favorites include the Create-A-Path Magnetic Center and the Human Skeleton Model. They also love the sound shakers to guess what is making the sound. I am excited that we have science materials to bring out throughout the year.

  Thanks again for the opportunities you have given us. I truly believe projects like these will inspire our little ones to follow their dreams to become engineers, scientists, astronauts and so much more!”

• Let's Build! Future Engineers!

  I cannot express how grateful I am to have generous donors that are willing to help me reach my goals of maximizing my effectiveness as a teacher and creating a truly memorable learning environment for my students.

  Our little ones were beyond excited to see the diversity of blocks in the block center. They collaborate with their classmates to build bridges, pyramids, houses and much more. The level of engagement through these activities are through the roof and have been a game changer for my students building relationships with one another as well.

  I strive to create a learning environment that is brimming with energy and want my classroom to be a place where students truly look forward to walking in the door. These blocks allow me to do just that. The kids take ownership of building, modifying, and planning the spaces and I believe that it is that ownership of their classroom that naturally lends itself to each student beginning to take ownership over their own learning.

  Art is such a powerful strategy our little ones use to express their thoughts, ideas and feelings. I believe it is for that reason that the art center has become one of the children's favorite center where they can be creative and express themselves. Children who struggle with sharing, confidently share about their creations during whole group instruction.

  Through your generous donations we have been able to add a crucial component to our classroom library. We have been able to add multicultural books that the students enjoy reading where they see themselves in the text, as well as allows them to see a window into a new culture. I believe books are the most powerful thing a teacher has at their disposal.
