Kindergarten students learn so many things while sitting or dancing on the carpet during whole group activities. we are requesting a new rug which would be comfy and comfortable which, in turn, would help the students be more engaged. The current carpet is small, old and does not allow the students to spread out during our learning activities. Learning through music is one of their favorite ways to learn. Kindergarten students are easily distracted and it's hard for them to concentrate when they are worried about bumping into their friends. The carpet would allow my students the opportunity to move and learn in a safe and environment.
