Fine Line Design will teach students how to make contour lines in art. It will teach them to think dimensionally about their art work. They will be using childproof wire to crest their work. They can make animals, cars, and people. Maki Masks are giving students the opportunity to make masks based on the masks we see through history. From African masks to Mardi Gras masks. There are a lot of crafts in the classroom that they will be able to use to design their masks. Being a Title I art school they haven’t had the opportunity to create something big with their hands. My students deserve an opportunity to really get creative and start leaning. Both projects allow them to get hands-on with their art. Please help make this possible for them!
