If my project is fully funded, I will begin an Environmental Science program in the class that helps make the kids aware of our global impact and the human impact of Climate Change. The kids will first experiment with water testing and learning about what is in their water. Next, my students will learn about how unsorted garbage, plastics, and other non-reusable goods impact our oceans, lakes, and streams. We will learn what we can do to slow and stop the negative effects. Last, if we have the bins, I would like to oversee the start of an Environmental Club on campus that educates and makes positive changes for the entire school campus.
