    Thank you so much for allowing my students to have the opportunity to truly feel like stars! The costumes and props made the students feel like they were part of a Broadway production while the supplies and decorations helped turn the school into a whimsical candy wonderland.

    The students were so excited when everything arrived! The cast and crew couldn't wait to try on the new costumes and get their hands on the new props. The art club were beside themselves when they saw the new supplies and all the decorations.

  • Staying Connected by Painting With Pencils

    My students will be so excited to explore this new material! Due to the many changes in the learning environment, they have not had much opportunity to paint. Using watercolor pencils and paintbrushes will allow the students to paint outside of the art room with little to no mess! It will also provide them with new ways to explore their creativity and experiment combining two different media, painting and drawing. Thanks to you, they will have quality supplies to facilitate their exploration and creativity. I can't wait to tell you what amazing things will happen in art class because of the difference you've made!

During this unprecedented time, providing my students with a safe environment to create art and express themselves is of the utmost importance. These watercolor pencils and paintbrushes will be used both in school and at home for distance learning; depending on whether the students have chosen to learn remotely or attend in-person. These supplies will ensure that the students learning in school do not need to share supplies and that the remote students will have access to the same supplies as their peers in the classroom. Students will use these supplies to complete a variety of painting units which include art history, material explorations, and opportunities to discuss their artworks with their peers and reflect on their artistic process.

About my class
