The products I have chosen will help to create a learning environment that promotes an engaging physical space, cooperation among scholars, and a positive classroom climate and culture. During independent reading time, scholars will have the option to choose a "Just Right" spot in the classroom in order to facilitate comfort and encourage their love of reading. For instance, scholars may choose to utilize a stool or a beanbag as they move to their "Just Right" spots with a peer of their choosing. This strategy also helps to minimize disruption, and encourages more engagement.
My scholars are also more inclined to take ownership of their learning when they are engaged in small group instruction. Hence, the movable magnetic whiteboard and dry erase markers will be perfect during this setting.
Similar to other fourth graders, my scholars struggle to keep their supplies organized, having a designated area where they can place their assignments will help to alleviate this issue.
Having these products will help to optimize learning in my classroom.
