It is so important that students are able to learn in a way that fits their needs. As a teacher of kindergartners, I often notice my students need to be active. We take several movement breaks (dancing, stretching, and breathing) throughout the day,but I feel that this is not enough. The addition of these wobbly cushions to my classroom will have an influential impact on students learning. Students will be able to move freely, as they are learning, and not have to feel the confinement of a traditional chair. Being able to move safely, while continuing to learn, leads to rich student learning.

About my class
