I realized quickly in the classroom that children all learn differently. Some need to stand, some sit alone, some in the middle of the room on the floor. We are focusing on individualized learning, allowing children the flexibility and means to learn at their pace, at their level. But this also means flexibility in the way a classroom looks, and choices we offer our students. By providing these flexible seating options, we are empowering our students to know themselves, and make smart choices for their own learning. This also helps children remain accountable for their own learning and progress! Students are learning who they are and what they need!

About my class
