Art supplies help special education students learn by creating. Give them a chance to create and learn. My goal is to allow them to make books and create projects based on different contents. In Special Education we focus on everything from academics to emotional aspects of creativity or creative problem solving skills, or, in the case of drama therapy, emerging literacy skills through the practice and recitation of a script. Learning should be a fun activity that all students should have. Life and the world around us is always changing, always adapting and always growing. Giving the chance to create a book or art allows students to be active part in it and receive enjoyment from learning. Thank you for giving my student the abilities to have fun and enjoy learning.
