This material will allow us to provide more fitness opportunity for them and teach them more about cardiovascular fitness and ways to work on muscular fitness. This is a group of special needs students ranging from the ages of 18 to 21. Many of these students currently are not in very good physical health and can use the material to learn how to better control their health. Currently we have very little in the way of equipment for our adaptive Physical education program. This will help us provide much needed material that specifically is going to give these students tool that can benefit their lifestyle. This group is learning functional skills and skills that will help them be a little more independent.

About my class
