These instruments will go towards bringing a different styles of music to a highly energetic and deserving bunch of kids. We have had to borrow them from another school in the district this year for our concerts, but they are getting a band director next year and we won't have access to the instruments anymore. We can further their musical development and education with these basic percussion instruments. These kids have a huge love for their music program and I want to make sure we can further nurture and foster their love for the performing arts. We have snare drums, so adding a bass drum and cymbals can vary the learning experience for them.
