Great Minds is a tutoring company I started that supports early childhood learners from ages three to seven. The roll out of this program will begin this summer running from June 24th-Aug 16th. Great Minds Tutoring will be supporting students with academic challenges by offering one to one in home tutoring services. These materials will make a difference in my students' learning by providing them with the opportunity to grasp concepts through various learning tools and strategies. It also supports their learning styles and learning accommodations by having access to various learning tools and resources. I am currently a special education teacher for DCPS. I have taught for over seven years now, and I see the academic, social and emotional challenges students face daily. My duty and purpose in life is to help students overcome their challenges and in order for this to happen, most learners need one on one instruction but fail to get this service during the school year. I really hope you approve my materials. I plan to take pictures and record videos so that you can see how it is being used. I do hope you consider my application so that I can continue to support the needs of my students.
