  • Make Reading Fun!

    Thank you so much for your amazing donation and support for student learning. My student shave become so engaged during our phonics and phonemic instruction time using our learning boards. They have grown tremendously has readers and I am so proud of them. They also had so much fun making these reading boards. I really wanted them to know that they not only put the time into making our reading tool but then used them successfully to become great readers.

  • Full Steam Ahead

    Thank you so much for supporting my Full Steam Ahead project. My students have been able to not only use their creativity and imagination but have exceeded my expectations with their knowledge of science and engineering concepts. They are so excited every week to be able to use our STEAM items. What has been so exciting for myself is that every week they find a new way to do something or they have a new idea of what they want to try. Everyone looks forward to our STEAM time and it's such an enjoyable time in our classroom. Some of these students never think outside the box and thanks to our STEAM bins they are able to do so. I hope that I can continue to grow my STEAM bins every year so that more and more students get reached on a higher level.”

  • Seating Options to Enhance Learning

    Thank you so much for giving us students flexible seating! We love having options and being able to sit in a variety of places. We have been so excited for the past few months to be able to come in every morning and decide what we want to sit on. The normal chairs have become "boring". We have implemented a chart so we know what days we get to pick out our seat. You have helped us to be more comfortable in the classroom by giving us options on seating. We all thank you for your support and help and appreciate all you have done!!

These materials will allow my students more options in how and where they sit in the classroom. I think having choices for students to choose based on how they are feeling for the day allows for better quality in their learning experience. Students don't want to sit at their desks all day long; rather they want to move around and get comfortable. The stools will allow them to sit at a higher table instead of lower to the ground. The folding chairs will give those students who don't like the back rest on the regular chairs the option to not have that, and the yoga balls allow those bouncy kids a bit of freedom to use that energy at the same time they are learning. I want to enhance their learning by providing options in their seating arrangements. These items will give me the opportunity to be successful at providing my students options in the classroom.
