It is my desire to create a safe and comfortable learning atmosphere that is inclusive to all. In order to do this, I need a diverse library, flexible seating, and everyday classroom tools for organization. I have already started a large collection of books, but going the cheap route often means getting a more outdated and less diverse selection. A diverse collection helps ensure students see themselves in positive role models through literature.
