Books for Littles
Funded Dec 7, 2023Having these materials for the classroom allow students to engage with one another. They talk about the weather, days of the week and months of the year. By doing this, they learn fundamental parts of their lives that they will need on day to day basis. They also get to create real-life experiences with the food materials in the play kitchen and enjoy the time with one another. They pretend they are cooking and feeding pretend babies. All these materials mean the world to us. We are so thankful for the donations we received!”

This classroom project was brought to life by Townsend Press and one other donor.Chill Out
Funded Jun 6, 2023Working in an older building, it's easy to take for granted things like air conditioning. With so much of our time spent in one space as we are a prek classroom, it is so important for students to have a comfortable environment.
Insert, YOU. The awesome people/person who made this possible. Our air conditioner has been broken the last 2 years without repairs in sight. It has made working in the room unbearable for teachers and students. In the past, we utilized multiple fans which helped, but only slightly.
We cannot begin to express how much nicer it has been to come to work knowing we can work in a comfortable and cool space. The heat can make anyone irritable and now with your help, we are able to work with a smile.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Ramos
