• Colorful Words & Images! Math & English Language Arts Workbooks

  Your contributions have blessed us. My students have finally received their supplemental, accelerated learning workbooks. This project saves me from curating online worksheets and printing them out in color. My staff is able to organize and date the next lesson, or review an item with our students since it remains compiled in a workbook. Thanks to the Sylvan brand these workbooks have math and English language instructions using colorful words and images on each page. It makes learning fun. We use them everyday.

• Germs! Products for Cleanliness, Health and Fitness

  We are grateful to you because we have received the PPE supplies and health & hygiene products in January! We are using them everyday. Our classroom is among the cleanest. Whenever there is a mess, we can use the baby wipes, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and/or the mops.

  We are preventing illnesses, and my students' attendance has improved! My classroom staff and I have always stressed the importance for cleanliness and health.

  Learning in a clean and safe environment is important!

  PPE supplies, and health & hygienic products has encouraged more in-class interaction without the fear of illness. Overall, my students and staff use them everyday for all purposes. We say a big THANK YOU!

• Visual Arts, STEM Empowerment for Student With Disabilities

  Thank you for your contributions to our project called "Visual Arts, STEM Empowerment ..." My students and I are using the arts and STEM items everyday!

  We happily received each package in December 2022. My students have severe autism, and their curriculum and growth requires counting, matching, and assorting items. They are proactive and creative in each activity.

  Most importantly, their parents are happy to witness their child's learning, progress and growth.

  We are grateful that these items ALL arrived before the New Year. We are grateful. We say Thank You and Happy New Year!”

• Watercolors, Water & Arts Expressionism for Students with Disabilities

  Thank you for your contributions to the arts and water products for my students. Granting these art supplies and purified water allow us to work productively. We drink the water and recycle the plastic in a recycling container.

  We do art practices everyday. The arts are hung on the walls, and given to parents during the season/celebration/or holiday.

  The unseasonable arts remain on the walls in order to maintain a warm and kind SEL environment. Just like a museum, my students see their accomplishments and creativity everyday.

  We happily received each package in December 2022. The students and class staff participated in opening and organizing the items for usage. Overall, we are grateful that it all arrived before the winter holidays.

• Clean-Up! Cleanliness & Hygiene For All Students

  Thank you for your kindness and financial contributions towards gathering these cleaning items in our class. We are using them everyday. The mops are used to clean the floors and mats. The baby wipes are non-toxic, and cleans surfaces, body, hands and faces.

  We happily received each package throughout the first 2 weeks of school in January 2023. The students and class staff participated in opening the items and putting the mops together.

• A Creative Baking Experience in School!

  Thank YOU for your support and donations! My students are growing more and more creative. They are proud of their work. It gives them intrinsic motivation.

  In order to display our works-- We have created a large Door Decoration of our works with a connection to the community/ technical schools in our community. Our culinary arts skills a decor can be used for earning a certificate and business skills in culinary arts school.

  The best reactions are from the Parents! Parents are proud of their child's final food + art projects/products. The works are beautiful and delicious.

• Water & Sensory Items for Student Learning

  My students are so thankful for you! We use the sensory items everyday in order to build and sort 'Briks' during math, arts and their breaks. They have become creative. They smile while using them.

  When we received the items, my students were happy to drink the water during their testing time inside and outside class. They surprised that fresh water can be stored in a box carton. For the 'Briks', my students were anxious to open each box and to use the sensory items. My non-verbal students needed to learn about different colors and how to assort them in individual colors. They were learning colors by name and assorted the sensory blocks into groups. They used their gross and fine motor skills to build with the 'Briks'. They learned to tie their shoes with the wooden shoe lace-tying model, within a week. It was a much needed tool.

  The next steps for my students--

  Thanks to the durability of the wooden shoe and 'Briks', the items will be used throughout the school year AND for the next school year. We will always remember your donation to this project. We are grateful to you!”

• PPE! Fresh and Clean *v* Good Hygiene

  Thank you for your contributions! We have created the hygiene kits!!

  We have the hygiene kits placed inside our classroom and inside my students' homes for the Thanksgiving Week. My students and their parents are so grateful.

  Each kit has been decorated with artistic holiday decorations [ie. Turkey, Cornucopia], and contains the Dial Soap, Face Wipes, Body Wipes, an two types of hand sanitizers.

  The art decors have been a part of my students' in-class Art assignments.

  After attaching the decorations to the hygiene kits-- they have become beautiful 'gift' kits. The turkey, cornucopia, fruits, nuts, and vegetables have been colored and applied outside the bagged kits before our Thanksgiving Week.

  When my students took the kits home, they were very happy! Their parents were grateful and impressed by their child's art decor and the contents!! Your donations allowed us to get the hygienic products. My students were healthy. My students were creative, too.

  We would like to create more kits for the upcoming winter holiday~~

• Gym Hybrid Class for Students Needing Maximum Support

  Thank you for your contributions! We are back at school and love physical fitness activities!!

  I am overjoyed to see these needful items arrive at the right time. The gym equipment & cleaning items have been delivered to my classroom and the students are all using them.

  After setting up the carts, and mats for usage-- I have taught the students how to care for them and to know where /and how to store them for the next day. These items are needful and continue to be needful as we all grow through these days of COVID.

  At our school, we strive to do our best to help and protect our students. Our students need more protection, and they need to stay active, physically fit and healthy. That is what our project is all about.

  I have a good classroom. Good students. I am proud to share photos with you.

• Movement Equipment and PPE to Increase Physical Fitness!

  With gratefulness, I have received all the needful items. My students will receive them soon. I am currently dividing the fitness equipment/ tools, and I am putting air into the balls so that my students will be able to play with them right away!

  I have created a picture slide of all of the items for documentation. Each package was a welcomed arrival. After I divvy up the items, my assistant principal will be able to drive and deliver the items to my students' homes.
