• Graphic Novels Needed!

  Thank you so much for the graphic novels! As soon as I put them in my book basket, the students devoured them! My students raced to the basket. I loved watching their excitement for reading to continue to grow. They are loving the books. I can't wait to continue to surprise them with more graphic novels that you helped get for them. Thank you again for your support. It means the world to my students to be able to dive into a good book! When we were setting new year resolutions, I noticed they wrote that they want to read more graphic novels!”

• Fun Art Supplies for Recess

  Thank you so much for your generous donation! The students of P.S.135 are so excited to have new art supplies to use during recess. The students who like to draw and make art and crafts projects bring their own supplies to recess. Now they do not have to bring their own supplies to recess. They have an opportunity to make their own projects at recess. The winter months will be more enjoyable for them during recess because they will have fresh supplies to use. Also the school aides are excited to have new materials too! Thank you again for your generous donation.”

• Recess Materials for Students for Engagement and Enjoyment Outside!

  Thank you for your generous donation! The students are loving their new recess materials. The other day I went out to see them play with the jump ropes and volleyballs. The smiles on their faces were amazing. It made my day! They were joining together to play with their new equipment. The colorful jump ropes looked so cool. The school aides had smiles on their faces too. They loved that the students were able to get new jump ropes and sport balls. Thank you for helping us provide this experience for the students.”

• Project-Based Learning Supplies!

  Thank you for your generous donations. My students are really enjoying the clipboards. They used them for peer conferencing for their essays. I could tell they felt so grown up using them. Both of my English Language Arts classes are looking forward to continue to use them throughout this school year. We are looking forward to using the small poster boards for our next PBL project in January about creating a proposal for recess. They will create posters about their ideas. My students will also use the clipboards to survey students about their needs about recess. Thank you again for your donations!”

• Multimedia Supplies for Classroom!

  Thank you so much for your donation! My students are loving their new headphones. We use them everyday in class. They are currently researching explorers and using the headphones to watch various videos about them. They also use their headphones to listen to stories on a reading program that we use in class called IREADY. My students are very grateful for the headphones and take great care of them by carefully putting them away everyday. I can't wait to continue to use the headphones with future classes.”

• Avid Readers Looking for New Books!

  Thank you again for the donation of the classroom books! My students absolutely love reading the new books. We have been studying space this school year and when they saw the new space books they were so excited. They were sharing the books with each other and loved the pictures in the books! Having these new books has had a positive impact in my classroom. They are love reading and would read all day if they could. I was so happy to enrich my classroom library with these new books! I am excited to continue to use these books with my students next school year! Thank you again for your generous donation!”

• Comfortable Seating for My Students!

  Thank you so much for all of your donations. My students absolutely love the extra support on their seats. They were working hard on their work today while sitting still and upright. I noticed that they were even bouncing on them. One of my student's even asked me if we will be using them everyday!
