The 6th grade class is planning to build the emPATHy garden, but we need your support. We love LMAAC and love making it beautiful. We will have three raised garden beds with a student created path made from rocks. This serene area will provide the students a place to enjoy reading, writing and other school work. It will also provide a place to meditate and find peace. The students will plant fragrant lavender in the soil. Peas to climb the trellis, and dig holes with their trowel for tomatoes and more! The food harvested will help to support our Culinary Arts program, and teach the students a farm to table approach to healthy eating.
