This exercise bike will allow me to give injured athletes a written workout plan they can follow while they're off the wrestling mat. Currently our sidelined wrestlers don't have equipment to work out with when they can't wrestle, which disengages them from practice and is harmful to morale. Giving them an Airdyne bike will allow them to continue to improve their cardiovascular endurance and stay motivated to return to the mat. We want to give our athletes the best experience possible and our school doesn't always have the funds to make purchases like this.
