Every Summer Has a Story
Funded May 26, 2023I want to begin by thanking you for your generosity. The incentives arrived on time for my students to celebrate the end of the year. As a token of appreciation and dedication for all their hard work, my students received a special personalized cup and a book to enjoy during their summer break.
At the end of the year, 2022-2023, students received end of the year rewards for all their achievements. Students loved the way each cup was personalized with their name. In addition, we had began novel reading in 3rd grade, therefore I decided to add a novel to enjoy during the summer.”

Creative Printing
Funded May 9, 2021I appreciate your generosity for contributing to this project. As an educator, printing in color is mostly limited and/or rarely available to us for free. Having my own classroom resources and equipment to print lists, banners, and worksheets for my students is a great benefit. I can now support students' understanding and learning, with creative visuals such as; anchor charts, banners, and posters. I have also designed motivational T-shirts to encourage a positive outcome and calm anxiety during tests and pep-rally's. Students love to see their names be a part of 3rd grade Squad t-shirts!”

Funded May 4, 2021During the COVID 19 pandemic, I missed my students so much for face to face instruction. Even though I regularly saw my students via a ZOOM call, having them in person is a whole different dynamic. ZOOM-ing out of this year was a project created to have a chance to personally say goodbye to my students with a gift. Students enjoyed receiving their bags, curb-side delivery and seeing me from a distance. The bag included a personalized cup that I designed and decorated myself. I have seen some cups this year on campus, as students have returned to school and need their own water cup. Having the chance to prepare a gift for my students, thanks to the donations received, is a memory to treasure forever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the donations needed to express gratitude for my students' hard work during the most challenging year ever.”
