  • Real Life

    Funded Aug 10, 2023

Thank you so much for your gratitude! My students are enjoying exploring real life through real experiences. We have used these magazines to enhance our reading by looking for text features and our science curriculum.

This resource makes my students so happy and I use it for reading comprehension with the questions in the back. They love the videos it comes with as well.

I REALLY love the fact that the subscription comes with a larger size of the student magazine for teaching purposes. My smartboard doesn't always work so having the bigger size is truly helpful!

    Thank you again!!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Webb

  • A Look Into Real News

    Funded Sep 20, 2022

I am so appreciated for your donation! Thank you so much! My kids will absolutely love learning through scholastic news. We will be able to talk and learn by using real life events and facts and the best part is that it will be on their level!

    Thank you again!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Webb

  • A 'Read' Into Real -Life

    Funded Sep 25, 2021

Thank you so much for this special project for our 5th graders. Our students will be able to read non fiction in the classroom as well as being exposed to real life around them!

Thank you so much. I truly appreciate all of your kidness and generosity towards our students!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Webb

Have you scrolled down Facebook lately and said “that’s fake news? Or "That's not real?" Well, Scholastic News will do just the opposite of that for our students. A Scholastic News Subscription will open a whole grade of students (across 3 classes) to the possibility of thinking outside the box about real world issues! Many of these students do not have the economical means to experience the world first hand. It is our job, as teachers, to bring the world to them! Scholastic News will bring the world to these children and through more exploration of the articles, these students will experience hands on activities to acclimate themselves with the world!
