These materials will make a difference in my students learning because they will have more flexible seating choices to find what works for them. All students learn differently and I want to provide choices for the kids to choose from. My goal with flexible seating is to provide a collaborative space where students are comfortable and thrive. With the floor seats, students will be able to stretch their legs out, and have more space to move compared to a regular chair. But with the floor seats, students need a table to match! That is why I added the round table to my project. Students need a space to place their work, or set down their pencil, when they need to get up for any reason and this would be the perfect size! The dry erase dots are to add to my horsehoe table so students can express their math ideas on the table without wasting paper. Please consider helping me with this project! I just want to create a place students look forward to attending everyday and truly develop a love for learning.
