I have an engaging, reading curriculum that teaches excellent reading strategies. I have used this curriculum in the classroom and have seen readers take off and blossom with new reading skills. These books will give my students variety. My students will be able to read together online, and alone, to get a much-needed break from a computer screen when they are not on Zoom. Interesting books are the ones children will reread. Rereading books helps new readers build fluency and confidence. Fifteen of my 22 students do not have books, at their reading level, in their homes. This project would help fill that need.
