Blake Fly motivates students by making them realize they matter. He encourages thoughtfulness among students and improves campus culture. He uses music and his energetic personality to motivate students. In a smal district like ours, no one has secrets. Sometimes those things that students want to keep private can drag them down when others share that information. I am hoping Blake will help students recognize differences in our community and show how to appreciate those differences instead of ridicule them. Our club strives to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable in our school. We have a mission each month that focuses on our students, our school, and/or our community. By bringing Blake in for a school-wide assembly, I am hoping the climate of our school will improve as a whole. It would also be a great start to a new school year.
