• Warm and Cozy With a Book

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded for my students. I was able to give 12 of my students a blanket and a sloth book to use over the holiday break. The blankets are so soft and the colors were very vibrant. My students loved them! My favorite animal is a sloth. My students grow to love them as well. I thought a sloth book would be a perfect book for them to practice their reading skills! I gave my students these items a little Christmas gift. They were so excited to show me what they got! Thank you for bringing happiness to my students and me!”

• VIP Caddy Restock

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded so that I could restock my VIP supplies that I use for my VIP caddy. I use the caddy as a reward to encourage and reward my students for working together with their table mates. It is an every day competition where students work together on things such as working quietly, keeping the table cleaned up, and being respectful to one another. The VIP has special school supplies that no other table gets to use. My students after work very hard to work or keep the VIP caddy. Thank you for helping me to keep the VIP caddy stocked!”

• Classroom Wants and Needs

  Thank you so much for helping me get my project funded! The different tabs have really come in handy with my students' phonics books. They help them be able to turn right to the page we need to be on each day. My students love the sloth paper clips! They were an adorable surprise for them. I love sloths. My classroom theme is sloths. My students all end up loving sloths once they are in my classroom!! The stickers are used for my behavior system. I like having something different to use now. I've been using the same stickers for over a year now. I was ready for a change! Thank you for all the other things from this project too!”

• Supplies for Upcoming School Year

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded! The chair pockets are a life saver! The help keep the students organized and also the classroom. I don't know where I would store all the things my students use each day if they didn't have chair pockets. You also provided items I need for phonics bags, such as the mirrors. My students use them to look at how their mouth forms when they learn new sounds. This helps them recognize the mouth formations on my sound wall if they need to use the sound wall to help them with spelling. Thank you for providing these materials for my students and me!”

• This and That

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded for my students and me! I got so many things that I really needed for my classroom! I love the rug for under my guided reading table! The hand soap has really come in handy. One can never have too much soap when you have a room full of first graders. We have to fight the germs anyway we can! My students have enjoyed the sea fidgets. They help students who have busy hands and students who tend to be anxious. The pencil holders are adorable! All of the other items have been put to great use! Thank you again for your generous donation!”

• School Trunk or Treat Event

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded for my school's trunk or treat celebration! It was so much fun! We had students and there families in line nonstop for an hour and a half. It was only supposed to last an hour, but so many people showed up. The kids were grateful for their treats. I loved seeing everyone in their costumes. I am thankful that my school does family engagement activities. Thank you for providing candy and other little treats that helped make that night possible!”

• Accidents Happen

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded! I cannot put into words what an impact this project has on students. I was told that our extra clothes closet was low on pants for girls. I made this project and it got funded right away. Having a change of clothes readily available for students when they have accidents is great for their piece of mind. They do not have to wait for their parents to come up to the school with extra clothes. They get to freshen up right away. I work at a title I school and sometimes parents aren't able to get off of work because they need to make money. With our clothes closet, that isn't something we have to worry about. Thank you again for supplying these clothes for my school!”

• Classroom Celebrations

  Thank you so much for helping me get his project funded! My students love when I switch out pencils for something fun. Normally we just use the regular yellow pencils. I like to switch it up when I can. Right now I am using the Halloween pencils. My students were surprised when they noticed we had different pencils. I have a bunch more themed pencils to use this year. For instance, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and St. Patrick's Day. I also have some to use for when we learn about animals! • Decodable Chapter Books

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded! My district has moved to phonics based literacy which has been awesome! I often have students who read at a level much higher than first grade. Sometimes they can read up to a 6th grade level. My resources are not equipped to work for students on high levels. I wanted to have some decodable chapters books available for these students. Now I am able to offer books that challenge them while also being decodable. Thank you for providing these books for my students!”

• First Grade is Sloth-some

  I love sloths so much! I have sloth things all over my classroom, and I try to add as many new sloths as possible! Thank you so much for funding a project that helps me do this. My love for sloths tends to rub off on my students. They all end up loving sloths too! They love looking at my sloth items, and they get so excited when they see something new! I was happy to have some sloth prizes to my treasure box. My students always pick those things out first. Your generosity has brought lots of joy to my classroom!”
