• TPT Gift Card for ELL Students

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded! I have absolutely loved having a class with English Language Learners! I have students from varies Spanish speaking countries. It has been awesome learning about their cultures and them learning about American culture. I want my Spanish speaking students to feel welcomed and valued in my classroom. I have used this TPT gift card to purchase labels for my classroom that have both English and Spanish. I planned to purchase resources that can help my ELLs be successful in a primarily English speaking classroom. Thank you for helping me make this possible!”

• Arts and Crafts

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded for some arts and craft items! Our first grade curriculum is very rigorous, which does not leave much time for arts and craft activities. I try to throw them in as much as I can. The new glue and crayons came at a perfect time! We have been running low on glue and the crayons aren't looking the great after months of use. The glitter glue is a great art supply to have. One can never have too much glitter! I like to have the kids add a little razzle dazzle to their work as often as possible. Thank you for providing these supplies for my students and me!”

• Colored Paper Party

  Thank you so very much for helping me get this project funded! All of my students work is completed on paper. We go through paper like crazy! I like to be able to switch to some fun colored paper from time to time when I can. Since this month is February, I have been using pinks, reds, and purples on activity sheets. My students love the pop of color! White paper gets pretty boring when used day to day. Now I have a bunch of different colors to use throughout this school year! Next month I'll be using the greens and the yellows! Thank you for making this possible for my students and me!”

• First Aid and Germ Free

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded! No amount of thanks can express how much I appreciate you helping my students and me be germ free! First graders often forget to cover the mouths/noses properly whenever they sneeze or cough. This makes it that much more important that we keep out hands washed and sanitized. The first aid items are much needed as well. With a bunch of 6-8 year olds running around during recess, bumps and cuts are a common occurrence. I am happy that I can handle these minor issues in my classroom instead of having to send students to the nurse.”

• Holiday Cheer

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded! I was able to give all 24 students of mine something for Christmas. I couldn't have done it without you! My students loved their reading buddy, bookmark, notebook, and sloth pencil! The bag was a perfect fit for all of their goodies! They were so excited when they saw their gifts in their cubbies! The crafts were so cute! These are now keepsakes for my students and their parents. You helped bring some extra Holiday cheer into our classroom!”

• Treasure Box Restock

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded! My students have been loving all the new items in our classroom treasure box! I have multiple ways that students can earn a prize from the treasure box. I like to reward my students for working hard, making good choice, and/or being respectful. For example, they can go to the treasure box if they move up in our behavior program or win the table challenge. I truly appreciate you helping keep my treasure box stocked. This ensures that I can continue to reward my students!”

• Inside and Outside Recess

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded! When we have outside recess, we have to split the park with the other first grade teachers. If we aren't at the park, I like to have fun recess items for my students to use. This make recess more fun for them. The inside recess items came at a great time! It is getting colder. If it is too cold, my students have to have inside recess. Having 24 students having recess in the classroom can be a bit chaotic. These inside recess items help keep every contained because they are sit down toys.”

• Volume Control

  I cannot thank you enough for helping me get this project funded! Having up to 24 students on laptops at once gets very loud. I had a couple of head phones from last year leftover, but not enough for my whole class. Now every student has a very comfortable pair of headphones to use when they are on their laptops. This is made a huge difference in my classroom. There are less distractions for my students and me when I am meeting with my small reading and math groups. This definitely benefits my students when they are working with me!”

• Warm and Cozy With a Book (pt 2)

  Thank you so much for helping me get this project funded for my students. I was able to give 12 of my students a blanket and a sloth book to use over the holiday break. The blankets are so soft and the colors were very vibrant. My students loved them! My favorite animal is a sloth. My students grow to love them as well. I thought a sloth book would be a perfect book for them to practice their reading skills! I gave my students these items a little Christmas gift. They were so excited to show me what they got! Thank you for bringing happiness to my students and me!”
