This classroom project was brought to life by The DonorsChoose Community and 9 other donors.

The project "Crafty Hands" will help students with social and emotional skills. Our students always go directly home from school and have no activities after. This will give students a chance to remain in a safe environment and bring to completion projects that they start. Also, participating in Crafty Hands will guide conversations about real life issues that they deal with on a daily basis. Also, their parents will not have to worry about their children being in the street, but feel good that the school is offering a safe option. With these donated supplies my students will be able to focus on feeling accomplished and successful with projects they have done.
