  • Connecting Our Read Aloud and Our Curriculum!

    My students and I are grateful to you all for funding our project. Many of my students are struggling readers, with the books from this project they can learn good reading habits and skills. Reading aloud to them will expose them to how they should sound while they are reading. Reading aloud will help my students learn how to use language to make sense of the world; it will help to improve their information processing skills, vocabulary, and comprehension. Reading aloud will also target the skills of audio learners. These books received will help keep my students engaged in reading.

    Reading in my classroom use to be very bring for my students. These books will allow me to make reading fun and be animated through reading. This will help develop and build my student's vocabulary and comprehension. Again, we thank you!”

  • Listening Clearly With Our Headphones.

    My students and I will like to thank you for donating to our project. The headphones that was donated, are helping my students with their remote learning. Many of my students come from homes where their families are unable to purchase headphones so that they are able to be actively engaged in their learning in the remote world and are also helping them rid of some of the distractions that may occur in their homes. My students and their parents are very appreciative of these headphones and speak about having their headphones every day since they have gotten them. My students learning have definitely became more clearer with their headphones. Again, thank you very much for supporting out project.”

My students will benefit greatly from receiving these headphones, they would be able to receive instructions with minimal or no distractions. A lot of our students parents are unable to purchase headphones for their children because of the financial restrains that was placed on their families. By donating to our project you will be helping my students be more engaged and focused with these headphones at home. They will be able to use these headphones as their escape from all distractions that may be happening at home and help them zero in on our remote and blended learning and instruction.
