Since our school, at this time, is a full digital learning model school, our students need digital tools to help them become successful learners. Normally our Kindergarten students would learn to write, using paper and pencil, building their hand muscles and eye-hand coordination. Using a digital crayon/pencil, students will be able to develop their hand muscles and eye-hand coordination needed to become successful writers. At this time, my students are learning critical skills such as how to form alphabet letters, words and sentences on a digital platform. My Kindergarten students are struggling to hold pencils correctly and miss the feel of a traditional pencil. Having a tool such as this would be instrumental in helping my students become successful writers.
