Our students are the future, and if we are not encouraging them and doing everything in our power to motivate them to reach their highest potential, their future will be limited. Having flexible disc seating in my classroom will allow my students to work and study in their most comfortable learning spot. Motivation by a small reminder is a small way to help them learn without being told all the time. Over the thirty-one years that I have been teaching, students in my class need more equipment to help them focus on their learning. I blend instruction with frequent brain breaks and use movement to stimulate their minds and bodies. However, students still need to stimulate their senses during lessons and the disc seats and motivation times would help. Integrating these tools into the classroom will make a big difference in their daily learning activities.
