I can't thank you enough for all your generous donations. You have now made our classroom a "COOL ROOM for SCHOOL." I know my students will be so excited and trust me when I say, I am SO excited as well. Teaching in this heat and humidity will now be tolerable. I am confident that we will be able to have a more effective classroom setting.”

This classroom project was brought to life by The Allstate Foundation and 4 other donors.

The materials will be used in the area of Math. By donating to my project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Students will be able to simply focus on the academic materials at hand. The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of mathematical concepts. The materials will all be used in math stations. They will be using them as a hand-on learning station. They will be able to grasp math concepts if they have manipulative s to work with. When children can actually use their hands to make something for a lesson they just learned...that is when they will learn. I could stand up in front of the classroom and teach them all day long, but will they remember? No they won´t. Well, maybe some of them will, but most of them will not. They will, however, remember it when they can actually create it.
