Flexible seating allows students to get comfortable while they are learning. In my classroom, students are more focused when they are able to sit how they want in their chairs. However, rocking back and forth or bouncing in their chairs can be dangerous and disruptive. These flexible seating options will allow my students the ability to move throughout their learning without causing a disruption or safety concern. Students will have the opportunity to try out different options and find the seat that works best for them. As we all know, we work best when we are most comfortable. I want this opportunity for my students, too!
