    Thank you so much for your generous contributions! MY class has been greatly impacted by your kindness. My students and I are so grateful for your support.

    When my students first saw the pedometers and stop watches they had no idea what to think. A few of my students have interacted with smart watches but none of them had seen pedometers with the bright beautiful colors. They immediately wanted to get moving. The students have taken on weekly challenges to be the highest step achievers each week.

    The stop watches have been so impactful on the field and in the classroom. We use them to improve lap times, mile times and participate in fun relays. We also use them for classroom activities like timed readings and positive reinforcement. The timers have come in very handy for activities I never even dreamed to use them for.

    My students will continue to use the pedometers and stop watches for years to come. Again, thank you so much for donating to the advancement of education!”

    Thank you so much for your generous contributions that made classroom stretching a reality. My students really enjoy using their mats to learn basic yoga poses, static strength exercises and stretching. The mats even come in handy when we all just need to take a break. The students are able to take the mats out to the grass for some stretching in the sun, or make room in the class for days when we feel like staying in.

    I have seen a real difference in many of the students body control and focus. Thank you again for making this happen!”

I serve a population of students with diverse learning needs. What they do have in common is a love of science, animals and nurturing. This incubator and supplies will help students learn about the life cycle, development, and environmental studies. The chicks that are hatched will be residents of our school garden. Students will be able to care for their chicks throughout their five years at LMAAC. Students will have an opportunity to deeply understand the relationship between animals and the environment. Fertilizer will be used to harvest the garden, eggs donated to the culinary department and chicken love for everyone!

About my class
