    The impact of books is limitless for my students. With their lack of mobility, access to the library, and limited resources, the gift of books opens doors.

    Books are life giving! They are filled with vivid, bright, lively illustrations, vocabulary definitions, sight words, extension activities and a method of bringing their IEP goal practice to fruition, in a fun way.

    These books will forever be appreciated by me, my students and their families. What you have freely given today, is loved by me, especially!!!

    Your generosity, thoughtfulness, and sacrifice in using your monies, gives hours of treasured reading time.

The students in this classroom have intellectual disabilities among others. All five of the students are in wheelchairs that allow them to move about the campus with staff support. They enjoy interactive learning songs and videos that pertain the county's Attainment curriculum. With the help of a large iPad, these students would be able to access more learning, up close, and with instantaneous responses.
