Tag, You're It! Again!!!
Funded Sep 17, 2010Thank you so much for your donation to my classroom. The students and I have been enjoying the leapfrog TAG readers, books, and cases since we received them.
My student's motivation and enthusiasm during reading station has skyrocketed. We use the resources every day. The students have a schedule where they use them once a day and they look forward to it all day. I always smile when they remind me because I love that they are so excited to get there and read. This project has given my students a great appreciation for listening to and reading books. Not only have I seen an improvement in motivation but also in their reading skills. My students have improved their phonics skills, reading fluency, and vocabulary recognition due to the wonderful Tag readers that were purchased for our classroom. I am so very thankful for your generosity to our classroom and learning!!!”

Freedom to Learn with a Digital Tablet
Funded Sep 4, 2009I want to sincerely thank you for the generous donations you made to my classroom and my students. In the midst of a very low economy, our district's budget is tight and without your help, I would never have been able to expose my students to such great technology.
Already, I have started hearing a buzz around my classroom and from parents about the digital tablet as the students have started using it in various lessons.
It has been inspiring and encouraging for me to see my students come alive with excitement as they use the digital tablet.
Again, thank you for you help and support. It is a powerful encouragement for me and my students.”
