These movement chairs will provide an outlet for students with extra energy and who struggle to focus. Using the chairs will help these students channel their energy allowing them to listen better while remaining in their seats. Because the high-energy students will be provided with an appropriate outlet, the other students in the room will also be able to listen and pay better attention. Flexible seating, including wobble chairs and yoga balls, will let students be able to stay active while sitting. High-energy students are often distracted by their need to move. While sitting on these seats, the child has to be physically engaged and active which helps them to stay mentally focused. These chairs will enable students to move around while learning without wandering the room or being distracting to those around them. This will allow them to absorb the lessons better and will allow them to be more successful.
