As a 3rd grade teacher, I bring my students to the carpet a lot. Not only do to read aloud, but also teaching vocabulary, grammar and overall Language Arts lessons. I want to give my students a better and more comfortable place to sit. The carpet in my classroom was replaced a few years ago, however, it is not the best place for my students to sit for short periods of time. I want to give them a place when they will comfortable and concentrate on the lesson, not if their bottoms are sore. Plus, I have added some containers to my order to organize my books better. My school is an AR school so I need to label and organize my many books so my students can easily find a book on their level.
