  • Ninja Skills

    Funded Sep 19, 2022

Thank you for supporting our classroom. You have helped teach our students how to be Ninjas. Our students are walking quietly in the hallway, persevering on hard tasks, and respecting their materials. Our students love learning about the different skills.

The second grade students are becoming positive, kind, curious, and hardworking students. They enjoy listening to the books and have even started reading them on their own.

The students have used what they have learned to be respectful with their school supplies. They are able to use their pencil pouches and glue sticks. The students are becoming very organized and hard working students.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Remus

  • Mindful Moments

    Funded Aug 8, 2022

When the packages arrived my students were over the moon excited! We have been having mindful moments with what we have but they were so excited for new options. As I showed the students our donations they were smiling and cheering. We started adding our new donations into our mindful moments and we have noticed our students have been having better days! We have a mindful moment at the beginning of the day and after lunch to help the students get ready for the day. Our students use the playdough to make their sight words. The students use the puzzles in partners to practice taking turns and problem solving. The students use Legos for many different things, including addition, subtraction, and making words. Overall our students are excited to use these materials everyday.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Remus

  • Detailed Distinctive Designs

    Funded Nov 28, 2022

My students are so excited to get our donations. They have been talking about the colors they will add to our project of a scientific drawing of a emerald ash borer. We have been learning about the prairie and now they can accurately color their drawing of the prairie on beautiful paper. This is going to make all of my students feel like the real artist they are! Thank you for supporting our classroom!”

  • The Clean and Orderly Classroom

    Funded Oct 8, 2021

Thank you for donating to our project and helping our classroom stay clean and organized. My students were so excited when we got our new resources. They were very excited to put their new name tags on and use the resources on the name tag to problem solve and

My students have used the stools for group work and have made good growth in small group learning. The Clorox wipes have helped keep our classroom clean. This has helped us a lot this year. We are able to keep the classroom clean and sanitized.

My students have used the scissors and notebooks to do classwork. The new scissors have given all students the ability to do lots of work and crafts. This helps students do more hands on work. Students are more engaged and are participating more with these new materials.”

  • In Person School Essentials

    Funded Sep 3, 2020

My students are so excited and proud of their new materials that you have generously help us to get. They are able to safely bring their computers to and from school and keep all of their materials in one place. My students use their pencil cases to keep all of their supplies in order. The students use their crayons and craftsmanship to make their work come to life. The replacement items of craft keepers helps my students to work on independent tasks and have social distance between students. My students are currently virtual and were able to use their backpacks to bring home materials. They now have materials to continue their learning at home. You have truly helped us to be able to handle this unique year and all that it brings us.

    Thank you!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Remus
