These "little things" add up and are used for such big "things" in my classroom...big learning, big accomplishments, big dreams. Headphones will help my kids focus on their learning, sit spots help them engage in structured and productive conversations with their classmates, chart paper helps us to organize and synthesize our ideas visually and learning posters help my students work independently with confidence. My students are motivated with timers and also use them to self-evaluate and monitor their progress. Additionally, paper trays help my students stay organized so they can work efficiently and make the best use of their time at school.
