As a Personalized Learning School, each learner has one-to-one correspondence with technology, but without headphones it distracts other learners as they work on their specific goals. We are working to get all learners headphones for listening to learn centers. Learners are excited to learn using technology. Listening is an important skill, so being able to have headphones to attentively listen to online books being read is a major help and advantage in kids' lives. We like to focus on listening skills with listening centers involving headphones which increases their listening comprehension level. This in turn can help increase the learners reading level.
